Issue about Religion

In my blog here, I just would like to make my stand here.

First of all, I don't believe that there's only one God. Sorry if I offend some of you who are Christians or Muslims. I don't intend to offend you, just stating my point.

Second, I believe the 6 realms in the world and that I can relate to what is really going on around. When I was thoughtless, less mindful and believing things without any wisdom, I was all over the place. I tried putting my faith in Christianity, and that was during my middle school and high school years. I tried understanding all religions and to my surprise, I understood about Islam and Christian more than Buddhism and yet in my birth certificate, it stated there "Buddha". I just could not believe that there is a God who creates everything and then let everything rot on doomsday. It got even funnier after watching Supernatural Season 5 where the God has claimed to have left the building and died on earth.

Third, I understood more about Buddhism now more than I had back in high school. What a fool, I should have stepped more into understanding Buddhism previously but I always had the perception that Buddhism is for people who understood and reads Mandrin and I was never one of them, and still am. When I learned that the Buddhist Society in UNIMAS is taught in English, I tried joining and then I learned a lot. I questioned about a lot of things and the answers are all logic and involves not much of putting a lot of faith in things that we do not see or understand.

Finally, my point is; I've explored the teachings and religions available in Kuching that I have come into contact with and I can only relate to Buddhism. Therefore, when one person tries to convince me by saying that "God is watching you" or "God lets you experience a lot of things for you to learn", I will start to have my own questions but when these questions are asked, they will say "Put a little more faith into it and you will see" but I never see even after putting faith. It's like the blind leading the blind. Therefore, please don't try to convince me about God because I cannot relate to Him. To me, there are a lot of Gods and Goddess out there in the 2nd Realm. And the things that I experience from then and now are the results that I created by myself and my own decisions.

Last but not least, to those who are still blind about Buddhism, Gautama Buddha is never a God. Please go learn and understand about other people's teachings and religion before trying to relate to your own. You may find similarities and then you relate from there. Avoid doing or saying things blindly because you never know who you will offend.

Cheers. =)
