Where I've been gone to!

After a long time, my first time blogging here.

I was away for National Service training since 24th March and still on it but I'm back home for Good Friday holiday. Hihihi..

2 words to describe them, Fun but Tiring. You can sweat everyday when you're there. One of the reason is because our place is nearer to the sun as it's on top of a hill and also the weather is pretty hot. But nothing beats the fun of the activities like Marching, Navigation (map and compass reading), TTS (Tempur Tanpa Senjata=Taekwondo), Singing our National Anthem and Wira Wirawati Negara, and Jungle Craft. It's really cool. I get to learn a lot of things from there, although I'm sure that I know how to read and count bearing from Maths lesson in Form 6.

I was complimented on my skill during TTS because I punched the correct way. You should've seen how some of them punch. It's somehow weird. And we even did Repelling and Upsling where we jump using the rope from a high level. It was pretty cool!

After Upsling

On Maulidur Rasul, we wore Baju Kurung for fun and we didn't realise that it was a suitable day to be wearing that costume. At first, it was only Sy Huey and I who wanted to wear and the news somehow spread til very far and almost all chinese were wearing baju kurung that night. I bet our trainer were thrilled to see us wearing baju kurung as the so called "Integration" and "Cultural Understanding" have been achieved by us.

Me with those from Peninsular Malaysia

Even though, I do not deny that there are still some Malays who despise us Chinese and wouldn't talk to us unless we stand out with something special. Isn't that weird and odd? I hope they will finally learn about co-operation somehow.

Anyway, we took some pictures of us that night. Not just some, actually, I mean A LOT OF PICTURES!! Hahaha..i'll just put some up here.
