- Eat less (morning = nestum/oat, afternoon = 1/3 or wat i normally take, nite =NOT HAVING DINNER
) Had dinner anyway.Nestum/oat makes me hungry fast. but my meal had certainly reduced its portion into a smaller ones. - Exercise 3 times a week. (either badminton, shuffle, basketball or jogging) Too lazy? but I still did some jogging. haha..n i gave up on shuffling..too much trouble. basketball, badminton n jogging are much easier. lol.
- Have enough sleep (12.30am n wake up at 6am)* irregular sleeps! have to admit, i might be a victim of hyper tension.
- Study more! Once reach room, take a shower n open the book. can take a lil nap, then continue again.* bowling center is addictive. bowling itself is addictive. can't study much.
- Do not procrastinate anymore!! Once given an assignment, write it down in a book. Once reached apartment, take it out and see what have to be done. Do it first, after shower. I still procrastinate. I even procrastinate on showering. lol.
- Sms? Only sms if necessary. Do not sms for fun to people that talks a lot. Muahahaha... digi community zone n fu-yoh is helping me a lot!
- AVOID calling numbers from West Malaysia or other call operators. as i've said, digi is helping.
- Go home, at least Once (1) a fortnight (2 weeks).* went home once a week and was treated like a troublesome sob. didn't feel appreciated for my willingness to come home.
- Go CAIS online 3 times a week.* whenever i have a chance, i'll get online.
- Watch ANIME/MOVIES on WEEKENDS ONLY. (only go out n watch movies on Wednesday with friends once a month)* watched anime/movies during study weeks, which was even worse.
- Screw someone? Nah~ Love each and everyone of those who hate or dislike me. It's the secret to success. Therefore, I'll be loving everyone and loving each day. =) screwed a lot of ppl cos of their fault n still live in denial.
- Play less computer games. Night only. * played almost everyday to procrastinate.
So, what's for this year?
- Aim to maintain or lose another 2 kg...which means around 48kg
- Treat people better
- Save more money (RM10 out of RM50 a week)
- Bowling...not to my interest anymore
- Singing...w/o mic
- Friends hang out...less
- Save $$ on credit cos I'll be using only walkie talkie w/ my dear
- Aim 3.5!! this aim have yet to be achieved
- No more late night supper
- Concentrate in class n do revisions
- 5 individual counseling sessions
- Talk less n stand out less
- F*ck political involvement
- F*ck racist point of view
- Racial n political issues comes in from the left n goes out from the right
- Go home less since my effort of coming home was seen as a troublesome act to those that had to pick me up. (they shouldn't have seen too keen to have me at home often the semester before the previous one or I wouldn't even have bothered to come home)
- Practice more on b**** ******g
- Believe in myself when no one else does
- F*ck -ve useless point of view. I don't need others to judge me, so u can go f*ck urself
- Increase some height
