Haven't been blogging for a long time. Don't mind the date of this post. I can choose whatever date I want to make this entry looks like it's posted on that day itself.
Well well well..16th March. It's supposed to be a very scary day for everyone taking the STPM exam. As for me, I somehow have this mixed up feelings. I'm a bit of scared (because I don't know what my result will be), happy (cos the day that we've all been waiting has finally arrived) and confident (because I somehow think that the luck is with me) as well.
I followed my dad to send Alicia to work and then my dad asked me " you wanna go straight to school, is't?". And I was like ,"It's only 8.50am. The result's not even out yet! hahahaha.".
And so, he brought me to Kenyalang to have breakfast together with him. I ordered Chicken Rice. It tastes good. After that, we went to pick Phoebe from UNIMAS and after that we went to school together to get my result. There, Phoebe went up with me and her real intention of going there was to laugh at my failing result. We both went to take my result and I didn't know how to open the slip (dumb).
To my surprise, I DIDN'T FAIL any subject at all!! Hahahaha.. I was so happy that I almost wanted to hug Phoebe but I didn't do so cause her intention to be there wasn't to give any moral support as I've told you guys. I was really glad that I knew I didn't fail that I didn't even go through the details of my result. I didn't even know what I got for which subject!
As both Phoebe and I reached the car (my dad didn't want to go upstairs cos as usual, he's not the type of parents who would wanna go together with their sons/daughters for something big like results, presentations, awards, or even Teacher-Parent meeting if he could avoid any. The typical type. If anyone ever ask him why, he'd answer, " go for what? go there and become a suku kia(dumb kid) ? That's my dad. Not that he's not supportive and all, he just doesn't like to be that kind of parent.) I met Mdm. Jane Ling.
The first thing she asked, "How was your chemistry?".
And I quickly get my result slip from Phoebe and said, "I didn't fail. Hahahah.. I got a C+."
She replied, " I know you didn't fail. Only one person failed my subject from my class, it's Jessica."
Me: "Then, she can't go into Uni lor?"
Mdm. Jane: " She shouldn't have come into Science Stream in Form 6 in the first place."
Well, I found some truth in her words and I know that I, too shouldn't have joined the Science Stream in the 6th Form. And I also believe that my father is right when he said that I'm "Kao mia heng" which means "9 lives lucky" which literally means I'm just lucky. Hahahah...
So, I plan to take up some courses from the Arts Stream next when I get into University or courses that doesn't require much Chemistry. Hahahah..
After I got the result, I waited for Amelia 'cos she said she wanted to get it together and then go for a drink. According to her, Mei Ping and Winnie might come too.
I saw Jessica and she looked nervous. Then, I told her not to cry when she received her result cos I already knew her Chemistry result. She asked me to tell her and so I did. She didn't breakdown or anything. She just said that she expected it. And so, we waited for Amelia and when she arrived with Winnie driving, the both of them were still in the car for another 5-10 minutes. I really don't understand why. When she came out, she still chickened out before she went up to the hall to get her result. She felt like barfing or something even before she got her result. I told her that seeing that I didn't fail, maybe she won't too 'cos normally her result is better than mine.
So, the 3 of us, Jessica, Amelia and I went upstairs to get the result. Jessica failed in 2 subjects and Amelia didn't fail. I saw Pn. Hasnah there and I told her I didn't fail and even got an A for her subject. She was pretty happy. Our class, U6S1 got the most number of A's in PA which is 24 of us.
The next thing I know, I couldn't find Amelia and later, I found her at the balcony making phone call to her mom telling her about her result.
And after that, she received multiple phone calls asking about her results. In my heart, I was saying to myself ," Thank goodness my relatives aren't that kepo." Hahahah..
I waited at the hall for Amelia since she said she wanted to go out for a drink. We asked Nor to come along but she didn't have any transport to go out with us. Later, Amelia told me that she hasn't inform Mei Ping and Winnie about the hang out and I was like ," huh?". When she asked them to join us later, both Mei Ping and Winnie are going out with other people. I was a bit disappointed cos if I knew she hasn't told them and it were to be only the 2 of us going, I wouldn't have went along. I was too lazy to go out, you see. And going out needs money too!
Well, what did we do? We went walking around the shopping lots just like everytime we go out. It was pretty boring. We went to Taman Kereta for the Popular book fair and then, Amelia wanted to compare the price between the book store and the book fair.
And the time was about 3pm and my dad went to pick me up after he sent Phoebe back to UNIMAS.
As I reached home and got online, everyone was like ," How was ur result?". And they don't take "OK" as an answer. They have to know how many A or B or C you got. Taku~~
That night, everything was normal and I finished my credit. Increadible. Hahaha..not so. I made few phone calls to Nor and that time, my credit only left like RM1.00++ so, it wasn't much. I reloaded that night and the day after that, I'm going out again with Nor and Amelia.
